I keep getting an error message stating: “Log-on validation failed. Please retype your user name and password.”, but there is nowhere for me to type this information. What can I do?

This is a flaw in the system that can occur on the Course Confirmation screen after a previous failed login attempt. To work around this flaw:

1. Click Cancel on the Course Confirmation screen, then click OK in the prompt that displays. This will clear out the invalid information and send you to the HFHU E-learning home page.
2. Once on the FHU E-learning home page, click Courses in the left-hand navigation to return to the course listing.
3. Make your course selections as you did previously and follow the normal registration/enrollment procedures.
