If you finish a Harvard Manage Mentor course exam, but the exam results never display, the likely cause for this problem is a pop-up blocker running in your browser. If you are using Internet Explorer, you can check to see if the pop-up blocker is causing the problem by clicking Tools -> Internet Options and selecting the Privacy tab. Look toward the bottom of the dialogue box to see if there is a Pop-Up blocker section. If so, uncheck the box next to Block Pop-Ups and click OK. Click the Refresh button on your browser to reload the page and the course should load as intended. If you are using another browser, see the browser’s documentation regarding disabling pop-ups.
